Overview
Invoice & Inventory Manager is a mobile-based Invoice and Inventory Management application designed for small and medium businesses (SMBs) to streamline their daily operations. Built using Flutter, the app helps businesses manage products, track inventory, generate professional invoices, and monitor sales performance from a single platform. The goal of the project was to create a simple yet powerful business tool that enables business owners to manage stock, customers, and invoices efficiently, even in environments with limited internet connectivity.
The Problem
Many small businesses struggle with managing their operations due to:
• Manual invoice creation and record keeping
• Lack of real-time inventory tracking
• Difficulty monitoring stock levels
• Disorganized customer records
• Limited access to business insights and sales reports
Most available solutions are either too complex or too expensive for small businesses. The client needed a cost-effective and easy-to-use mobile solution.
The Solution
To address these challenges, we developed SmartBill, a mobile application that integrates inventory management, customer records, and invoice generation in a single platform.
The app provides businesses with a fast and reliable workflow for managing daily sales, tracking inventory levels, and generating invoices instantly.
